  Finland makes broadband a 'legal right'

  Well, congratulations Finland - you win the internet. Also, why is Scandinavia so freaking awesome? And why don’t we LEARN from them? (I’d go there, but I cannot cope with that much SNOW.)

  From 1 July every Finn will have the right to access to a 1Mbps (megabit per second) broadband connection.

  Finland has vowed to connect everyone to a 100Mbps connection by 2015.
